The incumbent in the role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Company’s IT infrastructure and systems, including providing day-to-day assistance to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the IT Helpdesk and ensuring that all open calls are resolved.
- Providing technical support to the team of IT Site Technicians and ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks and efficient resolution of issues.
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices.
- Ensuring backups are configured and setup according to the relevant Policies and DR plans
- Maintaining and supporting all aspects of Company’s computer, service and network infrastructure.
- Overseeing the management of user accounts and access rights and ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access to systems and data.
- Utilising the global Power BI reports to monitor and analyse cybersecurity-related metrics, trends and indicators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- Microsoft qualified (MCSE/MCSA/CCNA Certification).
- A CISCO qualification will be advantageous.
- Driver’s license (Code EB/08).
Minimum Experience:
- 3 Years’ experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in the Microsoft Technology Stack (Window and Server OS) as well a good understanding of Network Technologies
