Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- To be able to compile a complete monthly wage run, vet run as well as accurate bonus calculations and relative payroll input
- Provide effective and timeous administrative support
- Accurately capture and maintain data on various systems daily, including JDE and Blick
- Request and expedite material and follow up on open orders timeously
- Match Proof of Delivery, Goods Received Note and Invoice for correctness
- Capture orders, GRN on delivery note or invoice and follow up on creditor queries
- Prepare daily / monthly costing reports on open orders and ad hoc queries
- Liaise with the HR, Procurement and Finance departments to follow up on administrative queries
Minimum requirements
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Office Administration qualification or similar at NQF Level 5 or National N6 Diploma
- MS Office proficient (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)
