Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

  • To be able to compile a complete monthly wage run, vet run as well as accurate bonus calculations and relative payroll input
  • Provide effective and timeous administrative support 
  • Accurately capture and maintain data on various systems daily, including JDE and Blick
  • Request and expedite material and follow up on open orders timeously
  • Match Proof of Delivery, Goods Received Note and Invoice for correctness
  • Capture orders, GRN on delivery note or invoice and follow up on creditor queries
  • Prepare daily / monthly costing reports on open orders and ad hoc queries
  • Liaise with the HR, Procurement and Finance departments to follow up on administrative queries

Minimum requirements

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

  • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
  • Office Administration qualification or similar at NQF Level 5 or National N6 Diploma
  • MS Office proficient (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)
