Duties & Responsibilities
Site specific Objectives
- Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks.
- Undertake Re-active Maintenance Tasks and Repairs.
- Ensure that best Operating Practice is applied when undertaking Maintenance Tasks / Repairs.
- Provide a list of required materials to Technical Manager to enable successful execution of Maintenance Tasks.
- Complete and issue Check Sheets to Technical Manager on a weekly basis.
- Monitor and action SLA items to maintain all calls within SLA
Customer Service
- Professionally present yourself in the image of the company’s mission and vision statements and values
- Provide prompt, dependable high quality service to all (internal and external) customers
- Present an upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality to customers at all times
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude and demonstrate our commitment to “Make Things Right”
- Uphold the trust and confidence of current customers
- Give special attention to repeat orders to ensure the situation is corrected and reduce the likelihood of further occurrences
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent customer relation skills.
- Good people skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and control own work effort.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Trade test certificate with wireman’s licence
- 3 years maintenance experience in Electrical
