What needs to be done?
- Responsible for all badging of employees and vehicles for all of Howden associates and their sub-contractors.
- Ensure to keep a badge register for returns and monitor it weekly to ensure all badges are being returned on time.
- To ensure all Howden associates that worked on Sasol Secunda are booked for yearly medical, Induction and keeping track of expiry dates.
- Responsible of writing of all orders for the Sasol site.
- Ensure all invoicing is completed on Ariba within the deadline dates.
- Will be responsible for JCE or any projects on Sasol sites: estimating and tracking hours before closing
- Requesting of job numbers of each jobs
- Ensure that all Heat maps are been filled in daily with the consolidated report is send on Fridays to Sasol and Howden Management
- KPI report tracking
- Ensure that timesheets and attendance are sent on a daily basis.
What do you need to bring?
- Matric/ Grade 12.
- Proficiency in MS office environment.
- Formal Secretarial/ Office Administration qualification.
- At least three years’ experience in an administrative function.
- Knowledge of the JCE system including Ariba
- Good communication skills and customer orientated.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good planning and Organising skills.
- Knowledge of the JCE system.
