•Fully Completed 3rd year theoretical training (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)

•Must be a South African Citizen
•Should not have participated / registered on Learning Programme before
•Applicants will go through a recruitment process, and if successful, be placed in the Eskom Operations across the divisions.
•Completed 3rd year theoretical training (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) and have not completed workplace based training.
•Graduates in the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering are not eligible for this programme only learners requiring workplace based training to graduate will be considered.
