JOB PURPOSE: To maintain parks facilities, playground equipment and buildings of JCPZ.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Complete own worksheet and follow checklist • Installation of bins and benches within JCPZ parks
Repairing of palisade and colonial fencing
Welding and fencing
Repairing of damaged walls
Repairing of damaged paving
Manufacturing of concrete main whole covers
Work according to checklist
Clean working tools
Put all equipment in designated areas
Report all deviations, incident & hazardous conditions
Seek new ideas and work procedures to exceed expectations.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 10
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in artisan field
English proficiency
