Job Description
RCL FOODS is seeking an experienced Fitter & Turner to join our Baking Division based in Krugersdorp. The purpose of the role is to perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the machines does not deteriorate.
Duties & Responsibilities
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
To ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance to all mechanical equipment
To conduct equipment inspections to identify and proactively address deviations to prevent breakdowns and quality issues.
To ensure that all breakdowns are attended to in a cost-effective manner
To adhere to the maintenance execution process including ensuring that work orders are complete and correct.
To ensure that all completed work orders/documentation is submitted to the Maintenance Manager for checking and sign off.
To employ first time right approach and that proper fault-finding procedures are correctly followed and recorded
