Trollope Mining Services is inviting young South Africans to apply for its Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship Programme 2027.
The programme is designed for youth interested in: – Mining – Engineering – Heavy equipment maintenance
Successful candidates will gain: – Practical workplace training – Technical learning – Workshop exposure – Trade test preparation
The apprenticeship runs over multiple years: – Basic Year 1 — 2027 – Advanced Year 2 — 2028 – Final Year 3 — 2029
Apprentices gain exposure to: – Diesel engine systems – Heavy machinery maintenance – Mechanical repairs – Technical diagnostics – Equipment inspections
Applicants must: – Be South African citizens – Be between 19 and 25 years old – Have Grade 10–12 or N1–N3 qualifications
Applicants should submit: – Updated CV – Certified ID copy – Driver’s licence – Academic certificates – Medical fitness proof
