Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
· Live core company values and portray professional conduct at all times
· Training Drill Operators and monitoring their performance to internationally acceptable performance levels
· Pro-actively identify risks, variance to plan and discuss the impact of these
· Engaging in the optimisation of mechanised development process to ensure continuous alignment to best practice standards
· Complying with the Health and Safety policy and practices of the company
· Identifying, initiating and commence improvement projects to increase operational efficiencies with continuous improvement at all times
· Engaging in the optimisation of decline shaft development process to ensure continuous alignment to best practice standards
· Keeping employees positive and motivated at all times, lead by example
Minimum requirements
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4)
• Drill Rig Operator Certificate
• Load Haul Dumper and Dump Truck operating license
• Valid EB Driver’s License
• Sound verbal and written communication skills in English
