WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORExecutes the technical work required to industrialise new products, improve existing manufacturing processes or reduce costs of existing products without compromising the quality of the products, in line with engineering best practices and in accordance with sales/marketing projections and plans.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree: Chemical Engineering (minimum)
- Exceptional communication skills (English)
- Interpersonal skills
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Value stream mapping knowledge
- MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
