The ultimate goal is to prepare participants for future leadership and management positions within Motus Aftermarket Parts branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a 24-month structured training programme

• Develop in-depth knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts

• Build sales and customer relationship skills

• Work closely with experienced mentors to achieve sales targets

• Support sales operations and contribute to branch success

Minimum Requirements For The Motus Aftermarket Parts Cadet Program

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)

• Sales experience (advantageous)

• Age: Between 18–35 years

• Location: Must reside in Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal

• Clear criminal record
