Trainees will engage in hands-on learning within the Utilities department across brewery operations. By the end of the programme, participants will be well-prepared to take on a leadership role with clear technical responsibilities.
 Key Responsibilities For The SAB Technical Services Trainee

Gain in-depth knowledge of the theory and operation of Utilities equipment across the brewery

Participate in Utilities projects aligned with business goals and program milestones

Apply VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) principles in daily operations

Troubleshoot systemic and situational problems using diagnostic tools

Step into acting leadership roles within Utilities teams as required

Engage in regular communication and knowledge-sharing across functional levels

Drive personal and professional growth through self-study, mentorship, and structured learning modules
 Minimum Requirements

BSc, BEng, or B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Strong interest in brewery operations and utilities systems
