 Job Description
This 3-year training programme provides a structured learning experience designed to equip learners with the technical, practical, and theoretical knowledge required to perform effectively in the electrical engineering environment.
During the programme, trainees will:

Participate in classroom-based theoretical instruction.

Receive practical, workplace-based training under supervision.

Gain exposure to Eskom’s safety, quality, and operational standards.

Prepare for the Trade Test in the chosen field of study.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive a Trade Test Certificate, opening doors to employment opportunities within Eskom and the broader South African engineering sector.
