The Clover Call Centre Learnership Programme combines structured classroom learning with practical workplace experience.

Successful learners will be based at Clover’s Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, where they will receive hands-on training while attending the required theoretical classes. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will obtain an accredited NQF qualification and valuable experience working in a world-class customer service environment.

What You Will Do

Successful learners will be responsible for:

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service
