Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Completed N6 Certificate in Engineering Studies (specializing in Maintenance Fitter, Millwright, or Electrical).
Grade 12 Matric Certificate.
Must be unemployed and willing to commit to a 3-year apprenticeship program.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of following up on tasks.
Innovative mindset with a drive to improve processes and find creative solutions.
