About the X4 BOC Engineering Internship Programme 2027
The programme will place successful graduates within the Maintenance Department, where they will support engineering teams responsible for maintaining infrastructure safely, reliably and efficiently.
Interns will participate in supervised maintenance activities while gaining practical exposure to several engineering disciplines.
Rather than being limited to administrative work, successful candidates will assist with inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance documentation and continuous improvement activities.

Eligible Engineering Qualifications
Applicants should have completed a National Diploma or Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Applicants with another relevant engineering qualification may also be considered.
No Previous Experience Required
This opportunity is specifically suitable for recent engineering graduates.

What You’ll Do
Successful Engineering Interns will support the Maintenance Department with a range of technical activities.
Responsibilities include:
