What you’ve done before
- At least 2 years related experience in a similar position/Environment
- Post matric qualification is essential N4 and plus
- Dealing with customers and resolving issues over the phone or face to face.
- Have Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
- Deep knowledge of critical equipment in a building.
- Knowledge of the compilation of the maintenance schedules.
- Experience working with higher level personnel.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Adaptable and agile based on constant change within a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Being able to work long hours and do standby duties.
