Are you an unemployed youth looking to kickstart your career in the engineering and construction trades? Ekurhuleni Artisans & Skills Training Centre, now proudly known as EASTC Technocentric Varsity, invites passionate and driven individuals to apply for our 2025 Engineering Apprenticeship Programme.

Apprenticeship Opportunities Available:

We are currently offering practical apprenticeship training in the following high-demand technical trades:

  • Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship

  • Bricklaying Apprenticeship

  • Plumbing Apprenticeship

These apprenticeship programmes are designed to provide hands-on experience, technical skills, and real-world workplace readiness, preparing learners for employment or entrepreneurship in the construction and engineering sectors.

Minimum Requirements:

To qualify for these apprenticeships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit a detailed CV and relevant certified qualifications

    • Grade 12 required for Electrical Engineering

    • Grade 10 required for Bricklaying and Plumbing

  • Provide a certified copy of your South African ID

  • Must be under the age of 35
