Minimum Requirements:

To qualify for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be between 18 – 34 years old

  • Must be currently unemployed

    • A signed affidavit confirming unemployment is required

  • Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID

  • Must have completed a Matric (Grade 12)

  • Must have completed a Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 5 or 6) in a relevant field of study (e.g. Property Management, Built Environment, Business, Engineering, or related)

  • Must have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Facilities Management
