Position Purpose
The Electrician/Electrical Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment in accordance with regulatory codes and Hilton standards. This position ensures that all electrical systems and installations operate safely and efficiently, contributing to the comfort and safety of guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures

Diagnose malfunctioning systems to identify the cause of breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently

Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations

Advise management on the safety and operational status of equipment

Repair or replace faulty wiring, fixtures, circuit breakers, or transformers using hand and power tools

Provide emergency support, such as operating generators or placing safety flares

Ensure all electrical work is compliant with health and safety standards

Assist with special projects and preventative maintenance initiatives

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal departments

Required Qualifications & Experience

Formal qualification in the electrical field (e.g., N3/N4 or equivalent)

Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):
