Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the YES opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Unemployed South African youth between 18–29 years old

Must be a South African citizen
-
Must NOT have previously participated in any YES programme
-
Must reside near the workplace
-
Grade 12 (Matric) is the minimum qualification
-
Related qualifications will be an added advantage
-
Must not have a criminal record
-
Must be available to start on 1 May 2025
 Key Responsibilities
Request Handling:
-
Receive installation requests from the New Business and Contracts Department
-
Handle calls and emails from clients regarding repairs, re-installs, or de-installs
-
Assist customers to ensure queries are resolved promptly
Scheduling & Coordination:
-
Schedule customer requests to optimise technician workflows
-
Allocate 100% of job requests using internal tracking systems
-
Liaise with the control room to conduct vehicle testing when needed
Monitoring & Logging:
-
Monitor progress of all logged requests
-
Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems
Administrative Duties:
-
Verify warranties and process worksheets for invoicing
-
Perform general office administrative tasks
-
Follow all internal policies, SOPs, and procedures
Additional Tasks:

Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by management
