As an Apprentice Millwright Technician, you will undergo hands-on training focused on hardware fault-finding, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of advanced printing systems. The role is ideal for someone with a background in electrical and mechanical engineering who is passionate about precision machinery and cutting-edge technology.
Key Duties & Responsibilities For The MH Solutions Artisan Apprentice Program

Assist experienced technicians with the installation, servicing, and repair of industrial and commercial printing equipment.

Participate in hardware fault-finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems to ensure machines operate at peak performance.

Learn to calibrate and fine-tune machines for optimal output quality, aligned with industry standards.

Document service and repair actions in accurate technical reports and service logs.

Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with the internal team on issue resolution.

Follow all safety and compliance protocols during field and in-house service activities.
Desired Experience & Qualifications

N3 Certificate in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is essential.

Currently working as a Millwright Apprentice or recently qualified Millwright preferred.

Strong interest in working with advanced printing technology and complex machinery.

Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems is advantageous.

Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn continuously.

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are mandatory.

Willingness to travel for site visits and installations.
