The programme is designed to develop your knowledge, sales competencies, and ethical understanding of the pharmaceutical environment. You will work closely with experienced Customer Engagement Consultants to promote Novartis’s product portfolio, ensuring optimized patient outcomes through ethical, informed communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Comply with regulatory requirements and uphold Novartis’s values and code of conduct.

Assist with marketing event preparation and submission of supporting documents for approval via the Besure system.

Support the rollout of digital tools and initiatives (e.g., apps, webinars, virtual meetings).

Conduct literature reviews and assist in document preparation.
-
Shadow experienced sales representatives and participate in customer visits and educational engagements.

Provide support on special projects and team initiatives as required.
Minimum Entry Requirements:

Completed university degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
-
2–3 years’ unendorsed South African driver’s license (essential).

No prior work experience required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates.
