Minimum Requirements:

Valid Instrumentation Trade Test Certificate
-
1–2 years’ hands-on experience in Instrumentation and Automation Systems
-
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act
-
Ability to work in low-light conditions, confined spaces, and at heights
-
Physically fit and able to operate on ladders, scaffolding, and machine-driven lifting equipment
-
Valid Code B driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
-
Install, repair, and replace automation and instrumentation equipment to meet quality standards and deadlines

Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and testing to ensure structural, electrical, and mechanical safety and functionality

Report malfunctions or equipment failures to supervisors and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with supervisors to assess materials and resources needed for work orders and job cards

Maintain detailed records of completed work, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and material usage
-
Guide and supervise site preparation for major and minor works
-
Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and all statutory requirements
