Programme Overview
This two-year graduate development programme is designed to offer exposure across core business areas. Trainees will rotate across functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations, while building technical, industry, and leadership competencies.
Key Responsibilities

Complete structured training modules that enhance technical, professional, and industry knowledge

Rotate through departments within TMSA to gain cross-functional exposure

Shadow experienced professionals to understand role-specific responsibilities

Participate in mentorship and coaching sessions

Collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges

Contribute to ongoing projects and business improvements

Share ideas and actively participate in group discussions

Seek regular feedback from mentors, supervisors, and peers

Demonstrate a strong learning mindset, initiative, and professionalism
Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ)

Candidate Profile
Qualifications:

Matric + Bachelor’s/BTech Degree in:
-
Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical
-
Finance: Finance-related disciplines or Accounting Technician NQF5 qualification

Must be geographically mobile within South Africa
Experience & Skills:

0–5 years’ work experience (graduates welcome)

Strong academic performance

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
