What to Expect
All roles in our graduate program are permanent positions. You’ll be placed into a specific business unit within our retail or commercial banking segments, joining agile teams dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.
From system architecture and software development to testing, implementation, and environment management, you’ll be immersed in real-world projects with real impact—on our operations, our customers, and the future of banking.

Key Responsibilities For The FNB Engineering & Technology Intern Program 2025

Candidate Requirements

Currently completing final year or post-graduate studies in:

Computer Science / IT

Software Engineering

Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering

Or other relevant technology or engineering disciplines

Strong academic record (academic transcript required)

Demonstrated coding aptitude and understanding of software development principles
