As a learner, you will undergo comprehensive training—ranging from classroom-based modules to hands-on exposure within Absa’s Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement divisions.

What You Will Learn:

• Contact centre experience, focused on delivering excellent customer service

• Practical skills in problem-solving, client communication, and data management

• Exposure to banking operations, financial products, and digital customer support platforms

• Professional workplace behaviour and team collaboration

• Completion of academic modules leading to a National Certificate in Banking (NQF Level 5)

Requirements For The ABSA 2025 Learnership Programme 2025

• South African citizen or permanent resident

• Aged between 18 – 30 years

• Must have completed a Degree or NQF Level 7 equivalent qualification

• Unemployed and not currently enrolled in any other learnership or study programme

• Proficient in English and computer literate

• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and customer-centric

• Able to work well under pressure and in a team environment

• Must be available full-time for the entire 12-month programme

• Must pass criminal, credit, and reference checks

• Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
