Minimum Requirements For The Fruitways YES Youth Learner Opportunity 2025
To qualify for the Fruitways YES Youth Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be between the ages of 18 and 27

Be a South African citizen

Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

Must own a smartphone (for workplace communication and learning tools)

Be able to read, write, and understand English

Be fluent in Afrikaans and/or English; knowledge of isiXhosa is an added advantage

Possess strong communication skills and work well under pressure

Must not have participated in a previous YES Programme

1–2 years of working experience will be advantageous, but not mandatory
