Key Responsibilities For The Sempre Technology Electrical and Instrumentation Technician

  • Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including sensors, actuators (pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical), DCS/PLC systems, electric motors, and E-distribution systems.

  • Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to avoid equipment failures and reduce downtime.

  • Log all maintenance activities accurately in line with industry best practices.

  • Participate in on-call duty rotations for emergency support.

  • Make informed decisions on fault repairs and system malfunctions with minimal supervision.

  • Collaborate with site teams to support continuous improvement initiatives in plant maintenance and reliability.


Minimum Requirements

  • Technical qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation (minimum N3, or equivalent diploma).

  • Valid VCA (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers) certificate or willingness to obtain.

  • At least 2-5 years’ industrial maintenance experience, preferably in the process, petrochemical, or energy sectors.

  • Familiarity with Dutch electrical safety standards such as NEN 3140.

  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands and commit to professional development.
