Motus Aftermarket Parts is inviting dynamic individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 to apply for a 12-month Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, improve your skills, and earn a National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations upon successful completion.
This learnership combines classroom training and hands-on experience across various operational departments at Motus branches throughout Gauteng.
 Learnership Responsibilities
Selected learners will rotate through the following departments to gain broad exposure:

Warehouse Operations – Picking, binning, packing, and dispatching stock.

Sales Support – Assisting with retail sales and understanding customer needs.
-
Administrative Duties – Filing, stock capture, and system updates.
-
Retail Service – Interacting with customers and helping with queries at retail counters.
 Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, you must:

Hold a Diploma qualification (any field)

Be currently unemployed
-
Be between 18–25 years old

Have no prior formal work experience

Possess a clear criminal record
-
Be a South African citizen with a valid certified ID
-
Have a certified Matric Certificate
 Important: All documents must be certified and not older than 3 months.
