Job Overview: We are offering an exciting Learnership opportunity for Unemployed individuals looking to start a career as a Face-to-Face Financial Advisor. Ideal candidates must have completed a Diploma in Finance, with a preference for candidates who have any Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification. The Learnership program will commence on 1 April 2025 for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Service Delivery Focus:
Supervise and support seamless sales activation, conversion, and fulfilment for both new and existing customers.
Deepen customer relationships by offering tailored financial advice to increase loyalty and generate business referrals.
Sales Activation & Conclusion:
Utilize financial knowledge to ensure timely sales fulfilment and provide accurate reporting on customer-related sales queries.
Investigate and resolve or escalate all credit and fraud referrals to maintain a secure customer environment.
Customer Experience Management:
Enhance the brand experience by interacting with customer segments effectively.
Provide top-tier customer service and support, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
Transactional Activities Management:
Follow pre-set workforce plans and adjust schedules accordingly to meet business needs.
Record, report, and analyze transactional data to provide timely insights and monthly reports on customer tendencies and patterns.
Risk and Governance:
Adhere to all internal and external risk and governance policies, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS regulations.
Escalate any associated risks in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
Completed Diploma in Finance.
Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification (advantageous).
Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and financial regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
