This structured training opportunity is designed to empower unemployed South African youth with practical experience, foundational knowledge, and a stepping stone toward a qualified trade in electrical engineering.
Minimum Requirements For The Electrical Engineering Learnership 2025

Education: Grade 10 with Mathematics (compulsory)

Age: Must be between 18 and 45 years

Citizenship: South African only
-
Residency: Must reside within the Polokwane Municipality jurisdiction

Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed

Previous Participation: Candidates must not have previously participated in any Learnership or ARPL (Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning) Programme

Vetting: Successful candidates will be subject to security clearance
Selection Criteria:
Applicants will be shortlisted based on the requirements above. Final selection includes interviews and security vetting.
