Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting Sales and Marketing Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth who are passionate about sales, retail, and brand building. This structured work-based learning programme provides valuable hands-on experience while equipping candidates with commercial knowledge and essential customer service skills.

About the Learnership

This learnership focuses on:

• Customer servicing to grow product volume and presence

• Order taking and merchandising across direct and indirect customer bases

• Visual merchandising to enhance brand visibility

• Understanding consumer behaviours to influence sales strategies

• Collaborating with team members and learning from experienced sales professionals

Participants will gain exposure to the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment and will work closely with:

• Sales Account Developers for mentorship, performance feedback, and safety compliance

• Sales Team Members for collaboration and day-to-day learning

• Consumers, to gain first-hand knowledge of buyer preferences and market trends

Minimum Requirements For The Coca-Cola Beverages Learnership Program

• Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)

• Grade 12 English and a second language (minimum 40%)

• Must be a South African citizen

• Aged between 18 and 35 years

• Must be unemployed and not currently studying full-time

• Not previously enrolled in the same learnership or qualification

• Must be Employment Equity candidates

• No criminal or adverse credit record

• Must consent to background checks (ID, qualification, criminal)

• A valid driver’s license is an advantage

• A post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing is a plus

• Strong interest in retail, design, and current trends

• Must be able to work in teams and engage creatively with merchandising
