 Key Duties and Responsibilities For The Engineering Apprenticeship Programme 2025

As an Engineering Apprentice at RCL Foods you will:

• Gain On-the-Job Training: Work directly on production line machinery and advanced equipment used in food processing and packaging.

• Develop Core Engineering Skills: Understand the engineering systems and processes essential to our high-performance manufacturing environments.

• Maintain & Troubleshoot Equipment: Assist senior engineers in diagnosing mechanical or electrical faults and conducting maintenance activities.

• Use Industry-Leading Technology: Operate and learn with the latest tools and technologies in industrial automation and food manufacturing.

• Collaborate with Experts: Be mentored by skilled engineers and technicians who will guide your growth and development throughout the program.

 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

 Education:

• N4 qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

• N5 or N6 qualification will be a strong advantage

 Physical Requirements:

• Medically fit for physical tasks involved in a manufacturing environment

• Able to work in dynamic and high-energy environments
