One of South Africa’s leading clothing manufacturers is offering an exciting Learnership Programme for 96 unemployed youth. This is your chance to gain in-demand skills, earn while you learn, and secure long-term employment in the fashion manufacturing industry.
Participants will be trained in five sewing machine operations, and successful learners will graduate with an NQF Level 2 Sewing Machinist Certificate.
 Approximately 80% of learners are expected to be offered permanent roles upon successful completion of the programme.
Minimum Requirements For The PEP 2025 Learnership ProgrammeÂ

Ages 18 to 33

Unemployed and not currently studying

Grade 10 or higher, with Mathematics and English passed

Sober habits and a strong work ethic
