This exciting 12-month Sales Trainee Programme offers focused coaching, mentorship, and workplace training that will equip you with the skills needed to thrive in a competitive, rewarding sales environment.  What You’ll Learn and Do

• Participate in structured sales training, product knowledge, and customer service workshops

• Work under experienced mentors in real dealership environments

• Gain hands-on experience in automotive sales processes, from prospecting to closing

• Learn how to maintain strong customer relationships and exceed sales targets

• Develop your negotiation, communication, and digital selling skills

• Prepare to become a permanent Sales Executive upon successful completion

 Minimum Requirements For The 50 Hyundai Learnerships Program 

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)

• Valid South African Driver’s License (essential)

• Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) in sales, business, or marketing (advantageous)

• Previous sales experience (advantageous, but not required)

• Must be eager to learn and passionate about building a career in automotive sales

 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Energetic and confident personality

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet, etc.)

• Driven, goal-oriented, and open to feedback

• Willing to work retail hours and meet performance goals
