Are you a young, energetic, and ambitious South African eager to gain valuable work experience in retail? The TFG YES Programme 2025 invites enthusiastic youth to join our team in a 12-month journey of learning, personal development, and opportunity.

TFG (The Foschini Group) is home to 34 of South Africa’s most loved fashion, lifestyle, homeware, and sports brands. As an internationally diversified retail group, TFG is committed to empowering youth by offering first-time work experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.

Minimum Entry Requirements For The Exact Yes Youth Opportunity

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

• Be between 18–28 years old

• Have completed Grade 10 (minimum), with Matric preferred

• Be available and willing to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract

• Not have been employed permanently by any single employer for more than 12 consecutive months

• Not be studying full-time during the period April 2025 – March 2026

• Not have participated in or registered on the YES Programme before

• Be able to cover your own accommodation and transport costs, where applicable

• Be a South African Citizen with a valid ID

• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act
