Are you a recent matriculant with a passion for engineering, manufacturing, or technical problem-solving? Clover South Africa is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Millwright Apprenticeship Program in Heilbron, Free State.

This is a structured apprenticeship programme designed to develop qualified Millwrights by combining theoretical training, practical experience, and on-the-job learning. If you’re ready to kick-start your engineering career in South Africa, this is your chance!

Apprenticeship Overview:

• Complete practical and theoretical modules in line with trade requirements.

• Attend classes and complete coursework at formal training institutions.

• Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant.

• Learn about Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, and Production Efficiency.

• Finish the program with a Millwright Trade Test at an accredited training centre.

• Receive a monthly stipend while you train and work on-site.

 Minimum Qualification Requirements For The 2 Clover Apprentice Programmes

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate with a technical focus OR NQF Level 4 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 60% in Physical Science and 60% in Mathematics (Not Math Literacy).

• Strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and reliability are essential.

• Previous experience in a maintenance or production environment will be a bonus.
