Purpose of the Job
Join our exciting 12-month Learnership Programme aimed at developing the next generation of professionals in the Human Resources (HR) and administrative support fields. This programme provides a blend of theoretical learningand practical workplace experience, perfect for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in business operations and office support.
This learnership is ideal for unemployed South African youth with a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification and a passion for learning and professional development.

The programme includes:

Minimum Requirements For The Sasol 2026 Learnership ProgramÂ

Matric / Grade 12 Certificate

Must be currently unemployed and available for 12 months

Must be a South African citizen, aged 18–35
-
No prior full-time work experience required

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent will be an added advantage
