 Minimum Requirements For The Bell Equipment 2026 Apprentice ProgramÂ
Applicants must meet at least ONE of the following academic qualifications:
 Option 1:

Grade 12 with the following subjects:
-
Mathematics (Core)
-
Physical Science
-
Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD)
-
Mechanical Technology
-
 Option 2:
-
N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects:
-
Mathematics
-
Engineering Science
-
Diesel or Motor Trade Theory
-
Engineering Drawing or Industrial Electronics
-
 Option 3:
-
NCV Level 4 in Engineering Related Design (ERD) with seven subjects in Automotive
 Additional Requirements

Must pass a Technical Assessment, including Numeracy & Literacy Tests.

Be in good physical health and willing to undergo a medical fitness evaluation.

Possess a valid Code EB (08) driver’s license.

Reside within a 50 km radius of the Bell Customer Service Centre.
 Added Advantages (Not Mandatory)

Prior working experience in the engineering or mechanical industry.

Completion of basic hand skills training.

In possession of a valid passport for potential international opportunities.
