Programme Overview
This learnership offers young South Africans the opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification in Fire and Rescue Operations. The programme is designed in alignment with accredited SETA guidelines and aims to build practical, job-ready skills in the emergency response and rescue services sector.
Structure of the Programme

70% Practical Training: Conducted at relevant departments to ensure hands-on experience.

30% Theoretical Training: Delivered at both in-house facilities and accredited service provider locations.

Stipend: A monthly stipend will be paid for the full duration of the learnership.
Minimum Requirements For The Airports Company Learnership Programme

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification

South African citizen
-
Unemployed and aged between 18 and 34 years

Medically and physically fit for Fire and Rescue duties

No criminal record
