Job Title: Secretarial Support Service to Director: Fleet Services (Western Cape Mobility Department)
Job Purpose
The Western Cape Mobility Department is seeking a highly qualified individual to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director: Fleet Services. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility, including working irregular hours when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent)
- Accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification at NQF Level 5 or higher
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to management or senior management
Desirable Qualifications
- None.
Key Performance Areas
- Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Director: Fleet Services
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Organize and assist with meetings and scheduling for the Director
- Manage the administration of the Director’s budget
- Ensure compliance with public service and departmental policies, prescripts, and relevant documents

Remuneration
- R 308,154 per annum (Salary Level 7)
- Service benefits include medical assistance, housing assistance, pension fund contributions, and other applicable benefits as per the prescripts and collective agreements.
