Programme Overview
Nampak Springs is offering a technical training and workplace integration programme designed for individuals passionate about building a career in the manufacturing industry. Successful applicants will receive hands-on technical training in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, rotating between different roles to develop a wide range of skills. Participants will shadow experienced staff, learn industry best practices, and ensure full compliance with safety and plant regulations.
Minimum Requirements For The X48 Nampak Learnership ProgrammeÂ
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

South African Citizenship

Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics, Physical Science (minimum 40%), and English

National Technical Certificate (advantageous)

Unemployed and available for Learnership Category 18.2

Basic computer literacy skills

Residing within 50km of Nampak Springs

Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
