About the Apprenticeship Programme
Our structured Engineering Apprenticeship Programme provides unemployed youth with the chance to gain hands-on training and real workplace experience. Successful apprentices will be equipped with the technical skills, knowledge, and exposure needed for a long-term career in engineering and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
-
Participate in scheduled training and practical work assignments.

Work under the guidance of qualified engineers and technicians.

Complete all training requirements at the Sonae Arauco Training Centre.
Minimum Requirements For The Sonae Arauco 2025 Apprentice Program

Grade 12 (Matric).
-
N5 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Medically fit with a valid certificate of fitness.

Must reside in White River, Nelspruit, or within reasonable traveling distance.

Willingness to work shifts.
