Role Summary
Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa (FMCSA) is offering an exciting Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity for ambitious and self-motivated trainees. This six-month programme provides students with invaluable practical experience, workplace exposure, and structured training across various engineering fields.

Key Responsibilities For The Ford Work Integrated Learning Program

Complete an approved training programme in line with university logbook requirements.

Follow a structured FMCSA training schedule to build competence and achieve qualification goals.

Participate in rotating shifts as required to meet training objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)

Strong attention to detail under supervision.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Highly organized and goal-oriented.
-
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following learning programme requirements:

Completed S1–S5 modules in their field of study with a minimum pass rate of 65%.

Full academic record must be submitted.
