Job Purpose
The Technical Trainee Program is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the beer-making process and beyond. Over the course of this 18-month structured program, trainees will develop both technical skills and leadership capabilities. The goal is to prepare graduates for immediate responsibility in the company, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
