Daily filling of all reports/forms as listed below·
Retention Sample Register and generating of NCA’s.
Weekly reporting consumer/customer complaints
Kaizen review and archiving of documentation to take place every two months.
Interact with QC technicians ensuring that information regarding non-conformance is logged and addressed.
Interact with production in the communications of quality problems identified in the packing process (during shift handovers)
Run all consumer and customer complaint investigations and generates reports for CEC feedback.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Completed S4 in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Food Technology (looking for P1 & P2)
Working Knowledge of HACCP and GMP’s.
Working Knowledge of OHS act and safe operating procedures.
Ability to analyze data and information
