About the Learnership
The Food & Beverage Services Learnership (Level 4) is a 12-month accredited programme that combines classroom learning with workplace experience. Upon completion, learners will graduate with a CATHSSETA-accredited National Certificate in Food & Beverage Services (NQF Level 4) — a qualification recognised throughout South Africa’s hospitality industry.
This programme is designed to prepare young South Africans for careers in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and event services.
Minimum Requirements For The AGSA 2025 Learnership Programme
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a South African citizen, aged 18 – 35.

Reside in the Western Cape (Cape Town area).

Be unemployed at the time of application.

Hold at least a Matric certificate or Grade 11 report (certified within 6 months).

Submit an updated CV.

Provide a certified copy of your South African ID (not older than 6 months).
