Key Responsibilities
As a Learnership participant, you will be required to:

Apply emergency procedures effectively and follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Read, interpret, and implement task risk assessments.

Participate in hazard identification and contribute to risk assessments.

Attend and contribute to daily morning meetings regarding work assignments.
-
Provide regular feedback to supervisors on task progress.
-
Meet deadlines in alignment with the organisation’s goals and vision.
-
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives and provide valuable input to RCA teams.
-
Maintain good housekeeping standards and follow proper waste disposal procedures.
-
Support safety improvement initiatives in line with legislation and company requirements.
Minimum Education Requirements
Applicants must hold an N3 Certificate (equivalent to Grade 12) including the following subjects:

Technical Mathematics / Mathematics (Standard or Higher Grade)

English / Business English (Standard or Higher Grade)

Technical / Physical Science (Standard or Higher Grade)
