About the YES Internship Programme

The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme is a national initiative designed to empower young South Africans by providing workplace exposure, mentorship, and valuable skills development.

At Bosch Group, successful applicants will be placed in various business departments and guided by mentors throughout the 12-month programme. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, grow professionally, and unlock future career prospects.

Programme Duration

• 12 months (1 year)

• Includes structured mentorship and department rotations.

Minimum Requirements For Bosch Group YES Program 2025/26

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Be a South African citizen aged 18–35 years.

• Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme.

• Must have been unemployed for at least 6 months prior to application.

• Hold a Degree/Diploma in one of the following fields:

  • Commerce

  • Logistics

  • Supply Chain

  • Finance

  • Sales & Marketing

• Must be fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).
